stayed Nov 1-4th disappointed & wrote a review they said they would refund me $43 taking up to 10 days to receive. I have yet to receive it when I've called on several occasions I'm told it's been issued it Has not been issued Where's my refund?
U will not get it .this place needs to be closed and retrained and fixed and opened bt mt.olympus..should have demanded refund at desk immediately.but they prop said noanger there like they alwYs say..post bad reviews

They're not picky or they weren't when we were there.

There is free WiFi at the hotel but it doesn't work very well and cuts out at times. Snapchats barley load and Netflix doesn't even work

what is the price if you stay and do the water park stuff for 3 nights
129 a night..plus resort fee and tax..comes out to 159...good for younger kids..not kept up very good..rooms are old and warn down but the workers are very nice.

Yes you can. It's on "ok" place to swim but definitely nicer places to swim in the Dells...much nicer places to swim.
